Associate Consultant
Joseph Hsu has worked with MKM Management Consulting since 2002 and brings expertise in
appreciative inquiry, marketing, counseling, and organizational development. He brings
business experience as a manager and project coordinator with MUSAK, Global Consulting
Group and The Gap. In addition, he has worked with organizations as a caseworker, project
coordinator and trainer for Senior Care Action Network™, Pasadena Senior Center, and the
Golden Age Center of Cleveland. He has also worked as a trainer and counselor with youth,
specifically teen mothers at Florence Crittenton Service of Orange County and Access/TRIO
Programs (Upward Bound: SPPSHS & Talent Search). This combination of experiences
supports clients in dealing with generational diversity in the workplace. Mr. Hsu has a BA in
Social Work from California State University-Long Beach, Masters in Social Work from MSASS at
CASE Western Reserve University, and MBA from John Carroll University’s Boler School of
Business. Mr. Hsu is fluent in Chinese.
