Research Specialist
C. Greer Jordan holds a Ph.D. in the Department of Organizational Behavior, Weatherhead
School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. She holds a M. B.A. from The
University of Michigan and a B.S.E.E. from The University of Detroit. Her research interests
include work environment and culture, women in science and engineering, and research
methods. Ms. Jordan has provided consulting and facilitation services for nonprofit
organizations focusing on the areas of workforce diversity and development and change
management. She formerly served as Vice President of Operations for D.L. Plummer and
Associates, a diversity and organizational change management consulting firm. She is currently
a research assistant to Dr. Diana Bilimoria on a 5-year, $3.5 million research grant from the
National Science Foundation. Her recent publication, co-authored by Dr. Bilimoria, is “Creating a
Productive and Inclusive Academic Work Environment”. It will appear in Advancing Women in
Science and Engineering: Lessons for Institutional Transformation in 2007. Prior to pursuing
her Ph.D., Ms. Jordan held several engineering and management positions at Ford Motor
Company and General Motors.
